The Scotland-Menno Trappers (5-12) came out on the right side of another close one Friday night, edging Gregory (6-10) 48-45 in a tightly contested matchup.
The Trappers balanced scoring and timely defense to hold off the Gorillas down the stretch.
Izayah Ulmer led the offense with 10 points and added 2 steals, while Hunter Clark finished with 9 points and 5 rebounds. Jarret Andretta made his presence felt on both ends with 8 points, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds.
Inside, Hunter Yosten controlled the boards with a double-digit rebounding performance, collecting 10 rebounds to go along with 8 points. Micah Goering contributed 8 points and 3 rebounds, helping the Trappers secure key possessions late.
In a game that stayed tight throughout, Scotland-Menno made enough plays in the closing minutes to secure the victory and snap the final buzzer with a hard-earned road win.

Our middle school computer classes got creative with Valentine’s Pixel Art in Google Sheets! 💻❤️
Using a structured grid pattern, students designed digital heart graphics and Valentine messages by treating spreadsheet cells like pixels. While they followed specific layout requirements, they had full creative freedom with their color choices — and the results are awesome!

Students used layering, foreground elements, and forced perspective techniques to create a fun 3D Valentine’s effect. They also photographed several of our elementary classes, carefully editing each image before sending them home for families to enjoy.

Our Spring Visual Communications class has been spreading the love by designing custom Valentine cards using Adobe Illustrator. Students have been learning how to use shapes, typography, color palettes, and creative layouts to bring their ideas to life digitally.
We’re excited to share their designs and celebrate both creativity and kindness today. We hope your day is filled with appreciation, friendship, and a little extra sweetness!
The Scotland/Menno Trappers fourth grade team came up just short in a hard-fought battle, falling short by two points, 22–24, in a great game. The Trappers showed determination, hustle, and teamwork from start to finish, battling every possession and never backing down. It was a strong effort all around and something to be proud of! 🏀💪
The Scotland/Menno Trapper third grade boys picked up a great win on the road last night, defeating the Bon Homme Cavaliers 23–12 in Tyndall! They played strong, and showed great teamwork from start to finish. Awesome effort by the whole team—keep up the hard work! 🏀👏
